ZDR availability across Exa products, and how a team turns on Zero Data Retention (ZDR).

Zero Data Retention (ZDR) is available on Enterprise plans and enabled per team.

Turn on ZDR

A team owner turns on ZDR by upgrading the team to Exa Enterprise from the Enterprise plan page in the dashboard. The upgrade costs $12,000 per year plus applicable tax, paid upfront, and includes:

• Zero Data Retention for the team
• $12,000 in API credits, which expire at the end of each 12-month term
• A rate limit of 25 requests per second
